Records Request

All requests for access to public records must be made in writing. Requesters may use MCC's Application for Access to Records but are not required to do so. Requests should be sent to MCC's Records Access Officer:

Requesters are encouraged to be as specific as possible in describing the documents they are seeking. MCC will respond, in writing, within five business days of receipt of a request by:

  • granting or denying access to records, in whole or in part;
  • acknowledging receipt of the request, including an approximate date when the request will be acted upon; or
  • informing the requestor that the documents sought are not reasonably described and clarification is needed.
