TCC: October's Adjunct Supper for Success: Creating a Culture of Respect

Creating and maintaining an environment where individuals feel safe and respected is a collective responsibility that we share as members of this community. During this session, we will discuss how you can promote respect and fairness through your own words and actions, how you can be an active bystander and strategies you can use to speak up or intervene if you witness a student or employee engaging in behavior that is inappropriate or disrespectful.
