Please Share With Students: Technology Resources

Welcome, Students! Brightspace is our digital learning environment at MCC. We hope you found your way in, but in case you have trouble, we are here to help. 

• The easiest way to get to Brightspace is through our myMCC portal. Login at mymcc.monroecc.edu with your MCC email and password and click on the Brightspace tile. 
• Each of your courses has an online space for your professors to post class materials and/or assignments at their discretion, but the degree to which you will use it will vary by class modality. 
• If you are just getting started with Brightspace, you can explore our MCC Online Student Orientation to learn the basics of Brightspace, Zoom, and tips for success. It's a low-stakes way to practice tasks like submitting an assignment, posting a discussion thread, and completing an online quiz. 

Need Help?

• If you are having trouble with your MCC account or locating your Brightspace courses, contact the Student Technology Help Desk. Call (585) 292-TECH or email Technology Help (technologyhelp@student.monroecc.edu). 
• If you need Brightspace assistance, contact the SUNY Online Help Desk at 1-844-673-6786. They have extended help support hours (nights and weekends). 
• If you are a fully online student and need support getting started in your asynchronous course, you can email our Virtual Campus concierge (vcconcierge@monroecc.edu).
