Reminder - Higher Ed Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Sharing an important reminder to MCC employees regarding the College's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is provided by our vendor ESI.   This enhanced EAP is focused on providing benefits to individuals working in Higher Ed and is a free benefit to all full-time and part-time College employees.  The program provides employees and their families a wide variety of tools and services to help with problems that might affect daily life at work or at home.  It offers thousands of personal and professional development opportunities, from webinars and online trainings to one-on-one telephonic coaching on a variety of topics.  Included in the program is the Lifestyle Savings Benefit offering discounts, rewards and perks on thousands of products and services. There are many benefits available that go beyond the traditional employee assistance program and we encourage you to explore and share them with your household.  

Remember, EAP is a free, confidential benefit with many helpful services available to you and your family members.
