On-Campus Housing for Spring 2025- Application Now Open!

The Office of Housing & Residence Life is happy to share that the spring 2025 housing application is now open for students interested in living in the residence halls this spring!

Students can find directions to apply on the Housing website or by following the directions below:

Application Process:

  1. Log in to myMCC using your MCC email address and password
  2. Select the Student Home tile
  3. Select the Housing tile
  4. Select the Housing Self-Service Portal tile
  5. Click on Applications, select your preferred Housing Application (12-month or 10-month), complete the questions, and submit the $200.00 application fee
    • The application fee is required and becomes the security deposit after move in. This can be paid online with a credit/debit card through the application (preferred).
  6. All placements are made based on the completed (including payment) application date/time. You will receive a notification via your student email account regarding your housing status.

Students will receive information at their MCC email, so that should be checked regularly.

Questions about this process or anyone needing assistance completing the application can also email the Housing & Residence Life Office (residencehalls@monroecc.edu), call the office at 585-292-3674, or stop into the Housing Office (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm) located in West Canal Hall.
