Requirements for admission by UB:


Accounting:

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher required in all prerequisite courses. UB requires minimum grade of 'B' in all Accounting courses for Accounting Majors. Accounting is Fall semester start only.

Business Administration
:
2.5 GPA or higher required in all prerequisite courses and 2.5 overall GPA at the point of entry for admission.

UB Policy:
If you repeat a prerequisite course, the second grade is counted, even if that grade is lower than the grade you earned the first time. You may not take a course for a third time.  

Keep copies of your work from the courses you take at MCC to incorporate with the UB Curriculum Capstone portfolio requirement. We suggest that you archive them in Google.docs or Dropbox.

AP, IB, CLEP, transfer courses, MCC College Now or other Dual Enrollment credits: Credits showing as accepted by MCC may not be transferable. See
UB's AP Exam Articulation chart. Students are encouraged to meet with a UB representative for a detailed academic evaluation and transfer information.
