TEK-271: Co-op for Robotics and Automation Students

Course Description

Students in the Robotics and Automation Micro-credential may participate in a paid cooperative educational experience as a program elective. Students enrolled in this co-op must be able to work and document a minimum of 200 hours per semester. The work-based learning experience will take place at an approved area manufacturer. The required seminar will be completed separately online by the student with the assigned instructor. The course instructor must approve the sponsor/employer. Present jobs may qualify. A current or past student must have at least a 2.0 GPA to qualify for this opportunity. Prerequisite(s) or co-requisites: ELT 130, ELT 134, and MET 107 or permission of department.
