Visitor/Guest Parking

A College visitor or guest is defined as a person not affiliated with Monroe Community College.

Parking Lot V is designated for visitors and guests at the Brighton Campus. There are designated visitor parking spaces at the Downtown Campus and Applied Technology Center.

Dental Clinic patients may park in reserved metered spaces located in Lot K. Dental Clinic visitors are required to pay for parking at the posted meter rate of $0.50 per hour, with a maximum time limit of five hours.

Departments hosting visitors or vendors who would like their guests to park in an employee lot can email Parking Services to obtain a guest courtesy permit.

Employees and registered students are prohibited from parking in the Visitor Lot (Lot V) for any reason.
