Spring 2026 On-Campus Housing Available!

Students interested in living in the residence halls this spring can apply now!

Directions to apply for housing can be found on the Housing website or by following the directions below:

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Log in to MyMCC using your MCC email address and password
2. Select the Student Home tile > Housing tile > Housing Self-Service Portal
• Click on Action List or Apps & Forms, and click on Spring 2026
3. Within the application, Select your preferred Housing type:
• Spring 2026 ONLY Housing Application – this is the standard "10-month" housing option for just the spring semester that does NOT include breaks or January and summer intersessions.
• 12-Month – this housing option includes all breaks and the summer intersession, and is highly recommended for students who may be housing insecure, live out-of-state, or are international. Review difference in costs now.
4. Complete the questions, and submit the $200.00 application fee/security deposit.
5. All placements are made based on the completed application and payment date. Students will receive a notification via their student email account regarding their housing status.

Students will receive information at their MCC email, so check it regularly.

Students with questions about this process or who need assistance completing the application can also contact the Housing & Residence Life Office by calling 585-292-3674, emailing Residence Halls (residencehalls@monroecc.edu), or stopping into the Housing Office (Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm) located in West Canal Hall.
