NYS Immunization Compliance Deadline

We kindly request your help reminding students to submit all NYS immunization requirements to Health Services via the MyWellness portal.   

NYS Public Health Law requires all college students currently registered for 6 credit hours or more to submit proof of Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and to review information about the Meningococcal (Meningitis) vaccination and make an informed decision.  Students can sign a Meningococcal Waiver available through the MyWellness portal or hard copy in Building 3, Room 103.

To stay enrolled in classes, students must submit all NYS immunization requirements no later than Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:59pm.  Any student who fails to comply will be withdrawn from in-person/hybrid courses and a registration hold will be added to their account.  This may also place the student at risk of financial implications.  

Please encourage students to contact Health Services if they require further assistance or to the FAQ’s on the Health Services website.  We extend our appreciation to all who are able to assist with this important message.
