Campus Events - Ad Astra online form: Check out what is new!

Ad Astra Scheduling System - Using this system will allow you to view classrooms, lecture halls and meeting rooms (excludes department managed and/or designated locations) as well as submit room requests. Please visit MCC Faculty and Staff Reservations webpage for more information and how to access Ad Astra.

As of Monday, March 30th, Ad Astra online request form (s) for the Brighton, Downtown and Applied Technologies Center campuses will be combined.   The new form will be titled: “BC, DTC and ATC: Campus Events request form”

The same procedure for requesting a location(s) will still be followed for the Ad Astra online form.

If you would like to be trained on the use of the Ad Astra system, please contact Yolanda Johnson (yjohnson@monroecc.edu).

Note: High Falls A and B,DTC-2nd Floor Lounge/ Multi-purpose Room, DTC-FWD Center 500 and 600, Monroe A and B, Empire, Forum, Brighton room, Terrace, Campus Center Atrium / South Atrium, Main Dining, Marketplace, Gym/Pool, PAC Center Field House, Theater, and parking lots cannot be requested through Ad Astra. For the reservation of these locations, please contact a Campus Events representative directly for assistance.   Individual department managed– designated location(s) cannot be scheduled by the Campus Events office.
