Healthy Hint: Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your full attention on the present moment. It can help manage stress and anxiety by centering thoughts on the present rather than regrets of the past or worries for the future. Higher Ed EAP is one of our employee benefits that is offering a series of free 15-minute Mindfulness practice sessions in December for “reducing stress, boosting mood, focus, and resilience.”
