Schools and Student Success Coaches
Each student is assigned to a School based on their academic or degree program. Think of your Success Coach as an academic advisor that specializes in your degree program. Your Success Coach can help with questions about academic planning, your SAP standing and completing your SAP Appeal form.

General Information for Appeals
- It takes approximately three days for the SAP Appeal Committee to review and respond to your appeal.
- The Appeal Committee will send the decision on your appeal via an e-mail to your MCC Student E-mail Account.
- Contact your Success Coach if you have questions after you receive the decision on your appeal.
- If your appeal is denied, contact your Success Coach for guidance on the best steps for you to take.
