National Transfer Student Week

October 16-20 is National Transfer Student Week. Let's celebrate students who transferred to MCC and those who plan to transfer to another college/university after finishing at MCC!

Faculty and Staff: Consider wearing your alma mater T-shirts and sweatshirts during this week. Perhaps talk about your experiences with choosing the best college fit for you. 

Students: Ask MCC faculty and staff about their college experiences. Many of them transferred from a community college and/or attended colleges you may be interested in attending.

The Transfer Services webpages on the MCC website have a lot of great information to help plan a smooth transition to your next college. You can schedule meetings with admissions representatives from many of our 4-year college partners. Also included are tools to research colleges, 2+2 programs, course equivalencies, career guides, and information about how to apply for transfer.
