East High School Students Earn College Credit with CLEP
On Wednesday, February 12, MCC Testing Services hosted 38 students from East
High School at the Downtown Campus. Each student took a CLEP (College Level
Examination Program) exam for Spanish Language I and II.
The high school students were able to earn a collective total of 285 college
credits. Most students earned between 6 and 9 credits to put toward their
future college endeavors.
The students also participated in tours led by our own peer leaders.
Thank you to Testing Services staff, the Student Engagement Center, and East
High School for helping make this day a success.
If you are interested in learning more about how CLEP exams can benefit
students, see the CLEP page on our
MCC website.
