Dr. Bob King Interviewed for WROC Segment on Agriculture-to-Store Supply Chains

On May 14, Bob King, Ph.D., senior specialist and director of MCC's Agriculture and Life Sciences Institute, was interviewed by WROC's Atiya Collins for the segment, Grocery Stores prices rise as stores deal disruptions to supply chain.

Within the segment, Dr. King notes that price "increases like these are most likely a trickle down from changes in supply chains, as facilities deal with reduced labor, and changes in supply."
