Pooled COVID-19 Testing Sessions: Tuesday & Wednesday

This week, mandatory pooled (saliva) testing sessions will be held 2:30-6:30 p.m. tomorrow, Feb. 16 and 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17 in the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center (Monroe A/B) on the Brighton Campus. No appointment necessary.  The sessions are required for students who plan to come to the Applied Technologies Center, Brighton Campus and Downtown Campus this week.

  • Please complete your COVID-19 self-assessment prior to coming to campus.
  • If you are participating in pooled testing for the first time, please register on the SUNY Upstate Medical University website and follow these simple preparation steps (e.g., don’t brush your teeth or use mouthwash within 3 hours of taking your test).
  • Going forward, pooled testing sessions will be held 2:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Wednesdays each week until further notice.

To date, MCC completed 9,008 COVID-19 pooled tests; 27 total cases were identified among students and employees through pooled testing, resulting in a 0.30% positivity rate. MCC submits daily updates to the SUNY COVID-19 Case Tracker
