Where in the World is Graduation Services?????

As a result of recent reorganizations there is no longer a physical graduation office. Instead, graduation services are now decentralized and managed collaboratively across campus:

• Pathway Advisors review degree and certificate requirements with their assigned students
• Registration and Records processes Intent to Graduate applications, course substitutions and waivers, runs graduation audits and issues duplicate diplomas
• Advisement and Transfer Services staff assist Registration and Records if students have not met the graduation eligibility audit after submitting their Intent to Graduate form
• The Student Services Office coordinates all aspects of the actual Commencement Ceremony
