Monroe Community College’s Office of Planning plays an important role in all institution wide planning processes such as strategic planning, facilities master plan, Middle States accreditation, institutional assessment, and mission review.
Specific Responsibilities of the Planning
Office:

Maintain and publish documentation on the planning process and related activities; serve as primary focus of institutional strategic planning.
- Monitor progress of the College’s strategic plan.
- Oversee the design and implementation of the facilities master planning process.
- Coordinate the implementation of approved facility projects.
- Manage and monitor Middle States Accreditation processes.
- Monitor progress of SUNY Mission Review outcomes.
- Coordinate college-wide sustainability initiatives.
- Facilitate activities of College’s Leadership Academy.
