The staff of the Campus Center is committed to enhancing the quality of
student life through active involvement. They provide instructional support
and advice for programs and opportunities that develop citizenship, increase
awareness and understanding of cultural diversity, allow for leadership
growth and personal development. As the communication vehicle for the
co-curricular needs of the students, the Campus Center staff addresses
concerns, develops programs, disseminates information, advises, and sets
policy, all of which create opportunities for greater student involvement
at Monroe Community College. Many of the programs and activities of MCC's co-curricular program are supported by the student life fee through the Monroe Community College Association, Inc.
The staff of the Campus Center will help
guide you through your out-of-classroom experiences at MCC, beginning
with Orientation and continuing throughout
your involvement in the co-curricular program. The Campus Center provides
structured and unstructured interaction between students, faculty and
staff in a variety of activities that enhance the quality of campus life.
The Campus Center is a hands-on laboratory for learning experiences, which
enrich students' educational objectives and life skills.
