Keynote Presenter

Leah Reynolds, Ed.D., is a senior consultant and chief diversity officer at TNG, with more than 11 years of experience in higher education. Having worked in various divisions for several colleges and universities, she has developed expertise in Title IX; diversity, equity, and inclusion; athletic compliance; and affirmative action. She is skilled in assessing an organization’s culture and effectively re-energizing teams to be more engaged and productive. She has received national recognition for her leadership, coordination, and strategic direction.

Reynolds frequently serves as a third-party neutral hearing advisor, investigator, and decision-maker for TNG clients for sexual misconduct, discrimination, and Title IX grievance proceedings and investigations. She also travels frequently to train student-athletes on Title IX consent and bystander intervention.

Before joining TNG, Reynolds worked as an affirmative action officer/deputy Title IX coordinator for Eastern Illinois University. Her career includes years of experience as associate vice president of Inclusive Excellence and Title IX coordinator for Indiana State University; chief diversity officer and Title IX coordinator for Mount St. Joseph University; and assistant vice president of Title IX for Earlham College.

She earned a doctoral degree in educational leadership and management from Capella University and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a master’s in college student affairs and a bachelor’s in communications.
