Middle States Reaccreditation

Middle States Commission on Higher Education

The periodic reaccreditation process with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is a comprehensive and collaborative process that ensures the quality and integrity of our institution.

Reaffirmation of accreditation occurs on an eight-year cycle, and it is a multi-year process. The Self-Study Report is a major step in the process, and it will detail how we commit to continuous improvement and demonstrate MCC’s compliance with MSCHE’s Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation. Our Self-Study Report and On-Site Evaluation Visit, led by a team of MSCHE Peer Evaluators, is scheduled for Spring 2026.

Her visit included an open forum where she had an opportunity to engage with faculty, staff, administrators, and students. Additionally, she conducted individual meetings with key groups such as the Steering Committee, Working Groups, the Board of Trustees, and our President.
