Choose courses that fulfill both Nazareth Core Curriculum and MCC degree requirements when possible. Use the Nazareth/MCC Core Curriculum and Nazareth Transfer Credit Database to cross-reference courses.

Students need to take a course in: History, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Science with a laboratory, Social Science, Visual and Performing Arts. (One must be completed at Nazareth University).

AP, IB, CLEP, Dual Enrollment, & Transfer courses: Credits showing as accepted by MCC may not be transferable. Contact Nazareth to determine if those credits are transferable.

Keep copies of your work from the courses you take at MCC. Archive them in Google.docs or Dropbox so you won't lose them. At the end of your core work at Nazareth, you will be required to integrate your learning experience based on a question that interests you in the Core Curriculum Milestone Experience.

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher advised for acceptance at Nazareth University in the  majors.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher is required for MCC graduation.

The Mathematics A.S. (MC02) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from MCC.
