261. (the physics sequence can also be completed at Fredonia)
Optional: If desired, select one of the following electives for transfer

must also maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA overall and in the major to be admitted

B.S. Earth Science Adolescence Education students must attain a minimum
grade of C in all Geosciences courses, and attain a 3.0 GPA or higher to
graduate.
ENGLISH
Literature/Identities:

Literary History I: ENG 201 and 203
Literary History II: ENG 225
Students can transfer 6 additional credits of English electives towards
the major. Note: ENG 101 will not count towards the major.
Students must earn a minimum of a C+ in all English courses and a 3.0 cumulative
GPA.
REQUIRED:
HIS 109, 111, 112, and 113 or 114. Choose one: HIS 153 or 154. Choose
one: HIS 102, 103, or 104.
RECOMMENDED: The following all satisfy the social science foundations
major requirements: ANT 101; ECO 112; EDU 125; GEG 218; POS 102; SOC 101.
Students need a C+ in all major related courses. Social Studies Adolescence
Education majors must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to remain in the program.
The grade point requirements for entering the professional year are: overall
GPA of 3.0, in Professional Education courses 3.0, and in the Social Studies
content component 3.0.
