MCC Degree Awarded:
Criminal Justice A.S. (CJ01)
Please note that some courses required in a 2+2 Transfer Pathway may not be required for the MCC program. This could have financial aid implications. Students should meet with their advisor or with a transfer representative to discuss an academic plan and recommended sequence of courses.
Directions:
1. Use your MCC Degree Works worksheet and the St.
John Fisher (SJF) MCC Criminology Advising Guide for Transfer Students
to choose courses to take at MCC. Note that this 2+2 Transfer Pathway Advising
Guide directly follows the MCC Degree Works worksheet; no modifications
or substitutions are needed. However, note that:
- CRJ 170 Introduction to Corrections and BIO/CHE 136 Introductory Forensic
Science are recommended to take at MCC to satisfy major requirements at
SJF.
Students are strongly advised to graduate from MCC before transferring
as SJF waives their local general education course requirements for students
transferring with an Associate degree.
Prospective MCC students: see the MCC
Criminal Justice A.S. degree outline under Program Details.
2. Meet with your MCC advisor and SJF
