RECOMMENDED: One of the following sequences: GEO 101#, 102#; PHY 145#, 146#; PHY 154#, 155#; PHY 161#, 261#.
CHEMISTRY - B.A./B.S. CHE 151, 152, 251, 252; MTH 210#, 211#; PHY 161#, 261#.
ENGLISH - B.A. At least three courses from the following: ENG 201, 202, and 203 or 204;
ENG 105, 210, 216, 217, 223, 230; ENG 214 or 225.

RECOMMENDED: Two additional courses from those listed.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE:
FRENCH/SPANISH - B.A.
If offered: FRE 203, 204, 213, 214 or SPA 203, 204, 213, 214. May need to take at 4-year college. Consider cross registration. Click here for Cross-registration information. You must be registered for 12 credit hours or more at MCC to be eligible.
GEOLOGICAL SCIENCES - B.A. GEO 101, 102, 201; MTH 210#, 211#; and one of the following sequences: CHE151#, 152#; PHY 154#,155; PHY 161#, 261.
 
HISTORY - B.A. ECO 111; GEG 201; POS 102 and at least three courses from the following: HIS  111, 112, 113, 114, 219, 240.

RECOMMENDED: Two additional HIS courses from those listed; ANT 101 and/or SOC 101.

History is the recommended major for Social Studies Certification.
