|
Choose one major from the list below. Register for courses that will transfer
to the UR. Use your MCC Degree Works Worksheet, the major courses listed
below, and the UR/MCC
Course Equivalency Guide
to choose courses to take at MCC. Make sure to graduate from MCC before
transferring.
Courses will transfer only if the student receives a grade of C or better.
Higher grades for certain courses may be required.
ENG 200 with grade of B or higher is needed to fulfill the UR writing requirement;
both ENG 101 and 200 will transfer to UR.
For the MCC-HW: Choose HED 207 Emotional Wellness or HED 209 Drugs and
Behavior or HED 212 Women's Health and Wellness or HEG 215 Global Health
and Culture
AP, IB, CLEP, & Transfer courses: Credits showing as accepted by
MCC may not be transferable. UR
AP policies can be found here.
College NOW (formerly called Dual Enrollment): College coursework taught
in high school will NOT be granted transfer credit at UR.
You will need to formally apply to UR (or complete their intent to enroll
form) when completing your degree at MCC. Visit UR
Transfer web pages
for enrollment information and to schedule meetings with transfer admissions
staff. The GPA advised for acceptance varies per major.
The Liberal Arts A.S. (LA04) is the degree the student is audited against
and awarded from MCC. Documentation source: MCC Advisement & Transfer
Services 2022-2023. Updated 9/19/2022
While every effort is made to ensure accurate information, students are
strongly advised to verify course transferability with the four-year institution
