Division of Diversity Equity and Belonging

The Division of Diversity, Equity and Belonging strives to be a national model for integrating inclusive excellence, establishing a culture of belonging and addressing issues of social justice. We believe that this model will evolve through actions and interactions between individuals, performed in spaces where people are free to be their authentic selves. This division works with a broad range of constituents - locally, nationally and internationally - including students, faculty and staff. Through the sharing of its intellectual resources, MCC offers a quality education for all, including those who face the greatest challenge to access, retention, and success.
