Student Technology Resources for Fall 2021

Get the support and help you need to be a successful student at MCC whether you come to campus in person or virtually. Here are some helpful resources for the beginning of the semester:

  • The MCC Tech Guide is a good place to start if you have technical questions. This is a resource guide with answers to common technology on campus. You may find the answers you need by starting right here.

  • The Student Technology Help Desk can assist with your questions related to login, account management, and access to myMCC/Blackboard. They can also assist with questions about other college technologies. Call 292-TECH (8324) or email for technologyhelp@student.monroecc.edu. You can also drop into the library for in person support.

  • MCC Libraries – The library is open! Visit them in person on the Brighton or Downtown Campus or online. Librarians provide support with research help, locating resources, and more!

  • SUNY Online Help Desk – If you have questions about using Blackboard, they can help.  The SUNY Online help desk has evening and weekend hours. Call 1-844-673-6786.

  • MCC Online Learning Student Orientation  – located in the student tab, technology help sub-tab in myMCC.  In this orientation you can learn key skills to be a successful online learner or you can just go through the one section to learn how to use Blackboard.

  • Virtual Campus Office -Our online concierge can help connect you to campus resources. Email questions to virtualcampus@monroecc.edu or call 292-3440 if you have specific questions related to online learning. Visit our MCC Online Learning Website for FAQs.
