Thinking about how to afford college? MCC can help.
The Excelsior application for new students will be available starting March 26, 2018. The application is due July 23, 2018 at 11:59PM. For now continuing Excelsior Scholarship recipients will not need to reapply for Excelsior (they are still required to complete both the 2018-2019 FAFSA and TAP applications). For more information about the Excelsior Scholarship please visit the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) , the SUNY Website, or our NYS Excelsior Scholarship page.
Part-time Scholarship Award Program
NYS just opened the application for the Part-Time Scholarship (PTS) Award Program. PTS provides tuition awards to students attending a SUNY or CUNY community college who are enrolled in at least 6 but less than 12 credits each term for up to four consecutive terms.
You can review the eligibility requirements and find the application for both 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 here.
Monroe Community College is one of the best academic values in the country, but you’ll still want to be smart about how you afford college – and MCC is ready to help you.
