Benefits to participating in a research or internship experience:

Most research experiences are paid during the summer. CSTEP also partners with many labs to secure spots for our students. Make sure to check your MCC inbox for emails from CSTEP and follow-through with the application process.

CSTEP scholars who conduct research or internship are able to apply to present their projects at MCC Scholars Day, at local poster symposiums, at the statewide CSTEP conference, and at other national conferences, depending of their subject of research.
