Welcome

The purpose of the Office of Institutional Planning, Effectiveness and Accountability is to provide leadership, training, facilitation and support to institution-wide processes for strategic planning, operational planning and, in addition, to monitor progress of goal accomplishments of the College's strategic plan and institutional effectiveness.

Specific Responsibilities of the Office of Institutional Planning, Effectiveness and Accountability:

  • Create and maintain a planning process that is adaptable to a variety of situations for the College
  • Promote integrated planning and provide planning facilitation support when requested
  • Provide leadership to and oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of the College's strategic plan
  • Manage accountability and continuous improvement processes through critical inquiry and assessment of institutional effectiveness criteria
  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of college-wide unit assessment activities
  • Oversee, in conjunction with the Facilities Department, the design and implementation of the facilities master planning process
  • Coordinate college-wide sustainability initiatives
