Application Fee Waiver Requests for Financial Hardship:

• For SUNY
• After completing the student section, the form goes to the MCC Financial Aid office for needed signature.
• If graduating from MCC: The fee can automatically be waived for up to 7 colleges. Indicate Transfer Student Fee Waiver under payment option. Do not fill out the fee waiver form. For SUNY Empire State, use code: ECPTRADV (except for nursing majors).
• For Private and Out-of-State Colleges
• Common Application Program Materials includes the College Report and Mid-Term Grade Report
• After completing the student section, email the College Report (or Dean's Letter) to Registration@monroecc.edu. Make sure to indicate where the form should be sent.
