LDS 280 - Leadership Development Seminar II
3 Credits
This course examines the universal principles of leadership. It is designed to build repeatable and transferable leadership knowledge and skills in community and commerce. The content is delivered by a subject matter expert in the field of leadership through lectures, group discussions, learning activities, self-assessment, project development and presentation, and situational studies. Students will complete 1.5 class hours each week with an additional 9 hours (135 per semester) of fieldwork. Faculty will collaborate with students to develop their experiences and will observe and assess the student based on the intended learning outcomes of the course.
