First Time Applying?

There are a few things to know when you apply for loans: 

  • Completing the FAFSA is required
  • You must accept every federal loan offer in Banner Student Self-Service System 
  • Borrow only what you need. Remember—loans must be repaid
  • MCC recommends applying for federal loans first
  • Check myMCC and Brightspace for updates on financial aid status
