Coronavirus Updates

Update - March 20, 2020: Please read important information for those currently living on campus.

Housing Addendum/Waiver: In order to continue to live on campus after March 27, 2020, you must sign a new housing waiver as an addendum to your current 2019-2020 agreement.

Housing Fee Reductions are available to students moving out of the Residence Halls this semester (Spring 2020) due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.


Monroe Community College and the Housing & Residence Life Office are pleased to offer you the opportunity to live on campus in our state-of-the-art residence halls. The residence halls operate under the MCC Association, Inc., a non-for-profit organization that provides the necessary financial and management support for many student programs and services.

Applying for 2020 - 2021

Fall 2020 Housing
We are working on a waitlist for residents housing for fall 2020! You may still apply today as we place students based on the date and time stamp of their application.

Should you reach a point where you are no longer comfortable waiting, let us know and we will refund your $200 application fee!

Spring 2021 Housing
If you are on the waitlist now you will automatically remain at the top of the waitlist. Spring applications will be for persons who only want to be considered for Spring 2021 housing.
