The Multicultural Diversity – World Health Perspective microcredential addresses competency in the areas of multiculturalism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Cross-cultural competence is critical in today's workplaces and communities. Comprised of 9-10 credits, this microcredential allows students to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to move successfully within and through a variety of multicultural settings. This microcredential can be utilized by current MCC students or individuals who are already employed. With the increasing focus on these topics in society today, it will be beneficial to any student's resume and valuable for anyone who wants to work with people more successfully and collaboratively or works with a variety of populations.
