THE 160 - Touring Theatre Troupe

3 Credits

The student will participate in the conceptualization, rehearsal, and performance of a theatrical production for a public audience at an off-campus venue. This course may be repeated 4 times for 12 credits.

Audition and/or permission from instructor

Course Learning Outcomes
1. Synthesize theatrical skills to create a theatrical production at an off-campus venue
2. Employ professional practices in production meeting, rehearsal, or performance situations
3. Explain the hierarchy of a theatrical company
4. Apply professional theatrical skills and techniques to work cooperatively with members of Rochester's theatre community
