20th Annual 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026 for the 20th Annual Walk/Run for Scholarships as MCC faculty, staff, students, retirees, and the greater Rochester community lace up to raise scholarship support for MCC students.

What to expect:

  • A Zumba warm-up led by Maribel Torres ‘98
  • Walk or run the certified 5K course
  • A fun Fall Fest to enjoy with the whole family
  • Scholarship drawing and awards ceremony
  • A delicious lunch

A total of $5,000 in MCC scholarships will be awarded to current MCC student participants after the race.

You can create or join a team, or run it solo! Do it in honor or memory of someone special! Make it a friendly fundraising competition with other programs or departments! Most importantly, make it fun!

  • Two complimentary tickets to participate in the 5K, including lunch for two
