STAR Power Women's Giving Initiative
Since 2013, the women of the MCC Foundation Board of Directors have inspired countless donors to give nearly $1 million to the STAR Power Scholarship.
STAR Power supports caregivers of minor children who are head of household and are students enrolled at MCC. It empowers determined students who are working tirelessly to build a better future for their families through education. Balancing the demands of care giving, work, and school, these students embody resilience and courage.
More than 90 students have benefited from STAR Power – and nearly all remain enrolled at MCC or have graduated and transferred to a four-year institution or entered the workforce

When you give, you’re not just helping a student—you’re uplifting an entire family and creating lasting change in our community.
Join the STAR Power Movement. Make a pledge or gift today! Pledges may be fulfilled over as many as five years, and gifts of any amount are deeply appreciated.
