Since Walt Disney College Program (DCP) representatives began visiting MCC in 1982, the college has had over 1,800 students participate in this truly unique Living, Learning and Earning work-study internship away from home. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and one that can significantly contribute to a student's development. This experience may also prove to confirm the students' career choice and provides college credit.

Students who are selected participate in the program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida for either five or seven months in either fall or spring and a possible summer extension. As an intern, students are working, attending on-line classes if they choose, and enjoying many recreational and social activities.

Spring Disney College Program

Spring 2027 Application is now Open!

• Arrival Dates: January 2027 and February 2027
• Departure Dates: May 2027 through August 2027
• Program Dates: If selected to participate, students choose their arrival/departure dates upon accepting the offer. 
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
• Program Roles: The Disney College Program offers 19 unique roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs. You can view and explore all available program roles. 
• Application Process: Students will complete the DCP online application. If they meet the minimum qualifications and are identified as a strong candidate, they will be invited to schedule a virtual interview. Selections will be based on application and interview results along with overall business need. 
• The DCP is open to all majors and academic levels.

Attend a "Get to Know the Disney College Program" Virtual Information Session

These 45 minute sessions are a perfect way for students/parents/advisors to learn more about the overall program experience and how to apply in a Zoom webinar setting. During these virtual sessions, members of the recruitment team will provide insight on each component of the Disney College Program experience, share how to apply for consideration, and answer your questions. Learn everything you need to know as you prepare to study, experience, and create magic at the Walt Disney World® Resort! 

• Sessions are held Throughout August, September and October.
