Since Walt Disney College Program (DCP) representatives began visiting MCC in 1982, the college has had over 1,800 students participate in this truly unique Living, Learning and Earning work-study internship away from home. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and one that can significantly contribute to a student's development. This experience may also prove to confirm the students' career choice and provides college credit.

Students who are selected have the option to participate in the program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida or Disneyland in Anaheim, California for either five or seven months in either fall or spring. As an intern, students are working, attending classes and enjoying many recreational and social activities.

Fall 2024 Disney College Program
Disney is currently recruiting for program arrival dates between August 2024 and September 2024. Departure dates will begin no earlier than January 2025. Individual program lengths will vary.
