Notes
- Your Certificate of Residence must be submitted to MCC no later than 30 days after the semester starts. Even if you obtained it earlier, it must be received by MCC before the 30-day deadline to be valid.
- New York City will not issue a new Certificate of Residence until at least one year from the date the previous one was issued.
- Your application can be submitted to your Town Hall instead of the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office.
- Cayuga County requires use of their own applications.
- Please contact Madison County for specifics on their application process.
- Nassau County encourages students to apply for their Certificates of Residence online. To apply manually, you must use the Nassau County application.
- Cortland County requests that students visit their website to find the Cortland County application and instructions.
