Engineering Technologies Lab Tour

The Department's main CAD Lab, room 09-183, features twenty-four computer workstations running the latest CAD 2D and 3D modeling software. Also, there is a Dimension SST 1200es 3D printer available in the room for students to bring their projects to life by printing them out in ABS plastic. The room is utilized mainly by students in the Mechanical Technology program and offers students the total Design for Assembly (DFA) experience.

The Mechanical Technology lab is also used as a lecture room for several courses, and the room also serves as a general-purpose "smart" classroom, with full computer, digital media and audio-visual capabilities.
