Walk-In Services

Please do not visit any MCC campus. Walk-in services are temporarily cancelled during this COVID-19 situation. Email eadvisor@monroecc.edu or you can schedule a virtual (phone or email or Zoom) appointment with your assigned advisor.

Students are welcome to stop in for assistance with:

  • Changing a major or pathway
  • Registering for classes using Schedule Planner
  • Dropping/adding/withdrawing from classes
  • Locating assigned advisor
  • Confirming Excelsior Scholarship course compliance
  • Quick transfer process questions/clarification
  • Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standing and requirements
  • Support with Financial Aid Course Eligibility (FACE)

Note: Students can also email face@monroecc.edu. Send the email from your MCC email account, include your student M number. 

Join the Advisement Center Zoom Room, and wait to speak to the next available advisor.

Hours are:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to Noon
