Since it opened in 1962, Monroe Community College has unlocked opportunity for more than 580,000 students. Led by President DeAnna R. Notable Tribunes

Angelica Perez-Delgado
Class of 1997

Angelica Perez-Delgado, a Rochester native who grew up in the city’s North Clinton neighborhood, is a distinguished member of the MCC Alumni Hall of Fame and was named the seventh President and CEO in the 50-year history of the Ibero-American Action League, Inc. in 2019. She has over 25 years of experience in not for-profit and began her career as a substance abuse therapist before transitioning into administration in the last decade and a half.

She has a Master of Science in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University, an advanced certificate in Theology, Scripture, and Ministry from Northeastern Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Community and Human Services from Empire State University.
