Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Program
The Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Program assists adjunct and part-time instructors with their acclimation to the college community. This is accomplished through workshops, pedagogical discussions, and social events. Topics include course outline and curricular development, teaching strategies, and an introduction to college policies and procedures.
Semester Kick-Offs
Kick-off events provide us with an opportunity to welcome each semester with an evening of food and timely information. Join us as we build relationships in support of student learning and foster a culture of collaboration.
Registration is required. Announcements with details and a link to register will appear in the Employee Tribune a couple weeks before each event. Department adjunct coordinators will also send announcements and reminders through email.
Suppers for Success
As part of the Adjunct Faculty Appreciation Series, the Teaching and Creativity Center invites all adjunct faculty to join us for professional development workshops throughout the year.
All Suppers are on the Brighton Campus in Monroe A from 5pm to 6:30pm.
