| October 27, 2025 | Open for currently enrolled students who have completed 12+ credits (not including courses currently in progress). Also open to military veterans, international, EOP, and SUNY ASAP Students. |
| October 29, 2025 | Open for all currently enrolled students. |
| November 3, 2025 | Open for all new, transfer, and readmitted students. At this point, everyone can register. |
| January 14, 2026 | Registration deadline for matriculated students (students who are in a degree program). Note: This deadline does NOT apply to non-matriculated students. |
Spring 2026 Steps for Priority Advisement and Registration
- Get Ready
Run a Degree Works evaluation to determine the classes you still need to take to finish your degree or certificate. - Get Set
Your assigned Success Coach is listed on your Degree Works Audit. Schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to discuss your academic plans.
If you do not have an assigned Success Coach, email eadvisor@monroecc.edu for assistance.
- Health professions (Clinical Lab Tech, Dental, Nursing, Radiological, Surgical)
- Undeclared students LA01
- Students with a GPA below 2.0
- Students with an LAS pathway
- LA18 pathways
- AC01 and EP01 program and pathway students
- Incoming (new, transfer and returning) LSB1, LSB3 and BT01 pathway students
- All LIB1, LIB2 and LIB3 pathway students
- Go Register
Log into myMCC and click on the "Registration" tile, then the "Register, Drop or Withdraw Classes" tile and link. - Register now, Pay later
Bill due date is December 15th. Payment Plans are available, and all degree seeking students should be encouraged to apply for Financial Aid. Please visit the Financial Aid Office with any questions about current or future financial aid.
Do I need Advisement?
Students in the categories below must see a Success Coach to get an Advisement "key" (alternate pin) to unlock online registration access.

If you’re in a degree program and missed the registration deadline, you still have options.
- New students and students applying for readmission should email the Admissions Office (admission@monroecc.edu) or call (585) 292-2200.
- Current students should visit the Advisement Center, email eadvisor@monroecc.edu, or call (585) 292-2400.
