COVID-19 Campus Events Update
All in-person, events and programs (hosted by internal and non-MCC clients) are canceled through August 15, 2020. The Campus Events application process for both internal and external clients has been suspended until further notice. Requests for future on-campus events to be held after August 15, 2020 have been suspended and will be assessed on an ongoing basis. Guidance for fall 2020 events (August 16 – December 31, 2020) will be made by July 1, 2020, please refer to MCC's Coronavirus Updates for further information.
MCC has postponed its 57th annual Commencement ceremony to Thursday, December 3, 2020 (tentative date), when a traditional, in-person celebration will be held.
Additional details on the December ceremony and on related class of 2020 end-of-academic year events to be held virtually will be forthcoming.
Campus Events and Learning Resources have collaborated to integrate webinar requests for Monroe Community College by using Ad Astra. Webinar requests must be submitted online.
The webinar request process is based on the workflow used to reserve meeting or conference spaces on campus. Please refer to our Ad Astra Webinar Request FAQ for information on scheduling a webinar.
Meeting organizers are encouraged to utilize virtual/remote resources until further notice. If assistance is needed, please contact the TECH hotline (585-292-2828 or x8324).
