MCC Faculty and Staff Reservations

Thank you for interest in reserving space at an MCC campus for an event. For Faculty and Staff alike there are different processes depending on the space to be reserved. You are required to contact the Campus Events Office to put space on hold before submitting an application. Please note that submitting the application does not guarantee the space is available.

Brighton Campus

Meeting Rooms, Classrooms, and Labs not needing any further resources or support other than how the space is typically arranged can be reserved using Ad Astra scheduling forms. Click on the “Request an Event” button once on the Ad Astra homepage. Reservations using the Ad Astra scheduling forms must be made at least three days prior to the event to be processed.

Other spaces on campus (ex. Large Conference spaces, the Theater, Campus Center Atrium, Athletic facilities, Outdoor spaces, etc.) need to be inquired about by contacting the Campus Events Office for availability.

The High Falls Conference Room needs to be inquired about by contacting the Campus Events Office for availability.

All other rooms and spaces can be reserved using the Ad Astra scheduling forms. Click on the “Request an Event” once on the Ad Astra homepage. Reservations using the Ad Astra scheduling forms must be made at least three days prior to the event to be processed.

Webinars

Campus Events and Learning Resources have collaborated to integrate webinar requests for Monroe Community College by using Ad Astra. Webinar requests must be submitted online.

The webinar request process is based on the workflow used to reserve meeting or conference spaces on campus. Please refer to our Ad Astra Webinar Request Information webpage for information on scheduling a webinar.
