Commuter Parking Registration

A commuter student is a student who does not reside on campus but parks a vehicle on campus.

Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement begins approximately 2 weeks following the start of each semester to ensure students have time to register for parking.

Fall and Spring semesters: If a student is taking at least one on-campus class, a transportation fee is added to the student's tuition bill at the time the student registers for classes.

Summer and Intersession semesters: A request for parking must be submitted by filling out the form: myMCC > Student Home > Parking. A $50 fee will be charged upon submission. Please contact Student Accounts regarding the summer parking fee.

Commuter Lots

Parking lots C, D, E, F, G, H, H1, J M, M1 and Q are designated for commuter students on the Brighton Campus. After 5:00 p.m., lots A and K on the Brighton Campus are also available for commuter students who have a valid semester parking registration.

Registered students are prohibited from parking in the Visitor Lot (Lot V) for any reason.
